The ETS Train route between Kuala Lumpur Sentral (KL Sentral) to Ipoh will be passing through a total of 13 ETS stations. It is almost similar route as Butterworth to Gemas and Padang Besar to Gemas but with additional 1 station which is Batang Kali.

From Ipoh to KL Sentral direction
From the table, there are 8 timings available ranging from 5.05am until 7.15pm. Only 1 out of 8 trains available are allocated for Silver Class service which begins operation at 10.30am. This is the Silver Class is the cheapest ticket. The remaining timings are allocated for Gold Class service.
If you would like to go from Ipoh to KL Sentral, the estimated travelling duration is 2 hours 20 minutes.
From KL Sentral to Ipoh direction
Based on the tables above, there are also 8 timings available ranging from 8.30am until 10.45pm. 2 out of the 8 trains available are allocated for Silver Class service which beings operation at 12.20pm and 8.45pm. This is the Silver Class is the cheapest ticket. The remaining timings are allocated for Platinum Class service.
